Most of what makes an event work happens before anyone arrives. SWIG handles that part. By the time the guests walk in, the hard part is done.

Every event runs on work nobody sees. The kit that turns up on time, the bar plumbed before doors, the crew that knows the running order. When it goes well, no one notices. When it goes wrong, everyone does.

Usually that lands on whoever signed the contract. We take it off their plate. We keep our own kit, vehicles and crew ready, and bring them in when a venue, a festival or a production needs more than it can handle on its own. Anywhere in the UK.

Every job runs the same way, from the first brief to the final pack down. Planned properly, written down, with one person responsible.

01BriefWe work out what you need, where, and by when, before anything moves. One person to deal with, everything agreed in writing.
02PlanWe schedule the kit, the crews and the deliveries around your running order, and build in cover for the moments that can't go wrong.
03Set upWe set it all up and test it before doors open. Signed off before we hand it over.
04RunOur crew runs the service on the night, led by one supervisor who owns the floor and keeps it right.
05Pack downWe take it down, clear the site and send you an honest account of what got used. You get the space back exactly as we found it.
